For most of my adult life I struggled with body insecurities, and my self-image only got worse after having my children. I didn’t know how to lose the baby weight so I was constantly trying different fad diets. I lost a few pounds here or there, but they always came back. The main problem was that I wasn’t focusing on my own health and wellness and I wasn’t setting myself up for success. After having my third child my energy and confidence were at an all time low and I struggled to be fully present for my family, friends, and colleagues.
I felt stuck.
Then I committed to making a change. It was time to invest in myself and overhaul my lifestyle. I dove into education surrounding nutrition, exercise, and wellness and developed systems to hold myself accountable. In the process I not only lost over 25 pounds, I gained confidence, energy, and abundance. As a result, my relationships today are more fulfilling than ever.
