I came to Karen in a rut, I had my second kid 10 months prior and was working a lot and couldn’t find the time to focus on myself. My breakfast and dinners consisted of just eating off of my kids plates and lunch was whatever I could throw together in 5 minutes between meetings.

Working with Karen, I learned about mindful eating. This has truly changed my life! I no longer eat scraps off of my kids plates, I don’t need to finish their meals. I take a couple minutes in the morning to plan out my food for the day. I also learned about the value of taking time for myself, even if it is a 5 minute mediation! “1 month update! I also took progress photos and my stomach has shrunk SO much! I’m honestly pretty shocked that this is working. I’m eating more than I was before, we are eating fun new recipes every week, I never feel deprived. I haven’t eaten balanced meals like this in forever, and I am feeling super strong in my workouts. I even held a plank for 60 seconds the other day! I can see in my photos that I’m gaining muscle and my body composition is changing.
