HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Nutrition Review
Let’s lay the foundation for weight loss success by figuring out what your current diet looks like! Week 1 is all about identifying your current eating behaviors and habits. Once I understand what, when, why, and how much you eat on a daily basis I’ll be able to create your winning weight loss strategy.
Step 2: Nutrition Overhaul
Your personalized nutrition plan will be optimized for sustainable and manageable weight loss. No foods are off limits! I will teach you how to eat mindfully so you can stay consistent in your healthy eating! We’ll spend 12 weeks continuously tweaking your plan so that by the end of the program you know exactly how to eat so your body feels nourished and energized.
Step 3: Wellness Audit
Weight loss is more than nutrition! We will work together to figure out how to up-level your sleep, exercise, activity, water, mindfulness, and self care so that you become the well-rounded, confident woman you were meant to be.
Step 4: Healthy Lifestyle Deep Dive
Master your new lifestyle by developing healthy routines around meal prepping, exercise schedules, sleep, and more. Your routines will become second nature and you will no longer have to devote mental space to figuring out how to live a healthy life. It will just flow.
Step 5: Lifelong Weight Loss
Over the course of the 13-week program you will learn and practice what needs to be done to lose weight and sustain that weight loss for life. The majority of participants in the Happy Mama Method lose 10-15 pounds in 13 weeks*, though the number on the scale is just one benefit of the program. If you put in the work I promise that your energy, confidence, and strength will soar.
